WASUTA New Single "Wattara Life!" CD Release Commemoration Premium Autograph & Photo Session Event

To commemorate the release of our new single "Wattara Life!", we will be holding an offline group autograph session, the "Premium Autograph & Photo Session Event".
Those who reserve or purchase the two-version set of "Wattara Life!" on the special website during the specified period will be entered into by drawing lots to win an invitation to the "Premium Group Autograph & Photo Session." As a special bonus for applying, all applicants will receive a "Group Mini Poster" (A4 size).
 
Please note that we have changed the application process for this premium autograph session in order to allow more people to participate.
• You can select up to three preferred sections (you will need to fill out a separate form after purchase).
We will take your preferences into consideration and then conduct by drawing lots to determine which group you will participate in.

■ Details of the special event
Premium group autograph and photo session

This is a special event where all the members will sign autographs in turn. You are also welcome to take photos of the event while you wait.
The autographs will be given on a "group mini-poster" (A4 size) prepared by the staff.
When you are meeting with a member in person, you can enjoy a conversation with them within the allotted time.
While you are waiting at your seat, you are welcome to take photos with your smartphone or camera.
Please note that video recording is limited to smartphones only.
Recording, filming, or taking photos in front of the members while they are signing autographs is prohibited.
Your seat on the day will be determined by lottery.
You are permitted to place your smartphone or camera on your seat to take photos, but if you use a monopod or tripod, please be mindful of the space available at your seat, keep it below head level, and avoid obstructing the photography of other customers in front of, behind, or to the sides of you.

② After purchase, please be sure to enter your desired participation session using the participation session request form.
For each set (one unit) purchased, you can enter your first, second, and third choices.
(If you are able to participate in any of the sessions, please select "Any session is acceptable.")
 
To allow as many customers as possible to participate in this premium autograph session, we will conduct by drawing lots based on the number of applications, taking into consideration the desired session. In some cases, you may be selected for a session different from your preferred one.

*This offer is only valid for customers who complete payment for eligible products on the designated website within the specified period.
*Please note that changes or cancellations cannot be made after the reservation has been completed.
*Each pre-order of the eligible product will entitle you to one entry by drawing lots. Pre-ordering multiple sets will entitle you to multiple entries by drawing lots.
*There will be no duplicate winners in the same category.

*Please note that if the product is returned for any reason, including an incorrect address, we will not be able to resend it or provide a refund.

<Notes on the day of the event>
*On the day of the event, we will verify your identity at the venue starting at the designated time. Upon opening, customers who have had their identity verified will draw lots in order of their assigned number to determine their seating.
Please take your assigned seat as there is a number posted on it, and wait until your time.
*The following two items will be required to verify your identity on the day of the event, so please be sure to bring them with you.
*Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity on the day of the event, you may be denied entry.

■Notes
(Regarding the fan event)
*The autograph session will be conducted at a set pace by staff. Please note that staff may touch your body and remove your belongings.
*You will be denied participation if you do not follow staff instructions or stand still for long periods of time.
*The "Special Event Participation Ticket" may not be transferred, exchanged, resold, copied, forged, or obtained in an illegal manner.
*Forgery of the "participation ticket" is a criminal act. Appropriate action will be taken as soon as it is discovered.
*Staying overnight, sitting in or gathering around the venue, or causing trouble to the stores within the facility are prohibited.
*Please refrain from slandering, libeling, threatening or abusive towards performers or staff, or shouting unnecessarily during the event.
*Drinking alcohol or being under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
*Please refrain from bringing suitcases or large amounts of luggage.
*Please leave your large luggage in a nearby coin locker or similar facility as it will hinder the smooth progress of the event.
*Please try not to bring any carry-on luggage if possible.
*Please refrain from making noise around the venue as this may result in the event being canceled.
*Staying up all night is prohibited.
*The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue as a result of failure to follow the instructions and precautions of staff.
*Bringing food and drinks into the venue, drinking and smoking are prohibited.
*For safety reasons, we do not allow preschool children to participate alone. They must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
*Preschool children do not need to receive a winning notice. However, a winning notice is required for each accompanying parent/guardian.
*The use of ladders, platforms, etc. is prohibited within the venue.
*You may be asked to wear a mask. Please be sure to bring your own mask.
*Hand disinfection and temperature checks may be required at the venue. Thank you for your cooperation.
*On the day of the event, we will not allow people who are not feeling well to attend (people with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, people with coughing symptoms, etc.).
*Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the responsibility of the customer.
*Identity will be verified at the venue.
*The safety of our customers and artists is our number one priority, so we may conduct baggage inspections or temporarily hold your baggage.
*If you are late for the meeting time, regardless of the reason, such as natural disaster or transportation failure, you will not be able to participate in the event. (You will not be able to change to another date or venue.)
*Please follow the instructions of the staff regarding entry and events. If you do not follow the instructions, you will be asked to leave.
*The event may end midway due to time restrictions on venue use, delays in the event progress, etc. In this case, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you have a participation ticket, and we will not be able to accept returns of products.
*When participating in the event, whether indoors or outdoors, please take care of your health by staying hydrated.
*Cancellations and returns after purchase cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
*Not applicable to various in-facility services and benefits such as point cards and parking tickets.
*Please note that you will not be able to hand over gifts directly. Also, there will be no gift box available. We will not be able to accept any gifts, including letters, at the venue on the day of the event.
*There will be no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a chronic illness or require medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
*Staff may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you. Please only participate if you are happy to do so.
*When participating in an event, please manage your valuables at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents or theft that occur inside or outside the venue.
*In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, we may impose various restrictions as necessary, such as restricting traffic routes.
*Please note that the organizers cannot take any responsibility for the last train times after the event has ended.
*The event may be canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, changes in members due to illness or accidents of performers, transportation failure, or poor facilities at the venue. Even in these cases, we cannot refund the product price or compensate for transportation or travel expenses. Please note.
*When participating in the event, please observe the "prohibited items" listed above. If a participant violates the "prohibited items," or if the organizers deem the participant unsuitable to participate in the event, they may be refused participation in the event.
*There will be security guards stationed at the venue and we will be taking every precaution to ensure safety, but if you see any suspicious people or objects, please contact a security guard nearby.
*If you require assistance or are in a wheelchair, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.
