Important information regarding participation and announcements for the third round of first-come, first-served ticket sales.

To all participants of the "Wattara Life!" release commemoration "WASUTA Grand Bonus Event ~Kanto Edition~", we would like to inform you of the important points to note regarding your participation.
 
Regarding the remaining slots, we will be reselling them (third round of first-come, first-served sales) from 7:00 PM on Friday, August 21st.
We will be making a small number of additional tickets available for those slots that have already sold out.
Please review the following information, and we look forward to seeing you there on the day of the event.

*Please enter the venue within the designated registration time for each session. Latecomers may not be able to participate.
 
 
■ Flow of participation on the day
1) Event tickets will not be sent in advance. Please bring the QR code displayed on the order completion screen and your identification.
Ticket exchange will begin at the venue from 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 22nd.
2) The QR code will be displayed on the order completion screen.
Please save the page as a screenshot, or
Order confirmation screen (mu-mo) It can also be displayed.
*You will need your order number and phone number to view your order on the order screen.
3) If you do not receive the "Order Confirmation Email," please check your My Page after logging in to mu-mo SHOP account.
You can check this in your purchase history and delivery status list.
4) If you placed an order without logging in as a member, please enter your order number and the phone number used when placing the order via "Confirm Order Details".
You can view your purchase history.
5) A QR code will be issued for each order (transaction). If you have multiple purchases, please bring each QR code and present it at the reception desk.
*Even if you purchased tickets during the third round of first-come, first-served sales, please present the QR code displayed after completing your purchase at the venue reception.
6) Never share the QR code image with anyone else. Also, it is valid for one-time use only.
We will not reissue this for any reason whatsoever.

Please note that exchanging your participation ticket may take a considerable amount of time. Please allow ample time when you arrive to exchange your ticket.
Please ensure you complete the exchange of your participation ticket before the registration time for the session you wish to attend.
 
 
■Regarding the third round of first-come, first-served sales
This time, instead of selling tickets on the day of the event at the venue, we will be selling the remaining tickets on a first-come, first-served basis at mu-mo SHOP starting at 7:00 PM on Friday, August 21st, the day before the event.
Furthermore, in order to give more customers the opportunity to participate, we will be making a small number of additional tickets available for those slots that have already sold out.
