Customers visiting before the store opens are welcome.
Next to SoftBank on the perimeter of the 1st floor store. Please line up and wait there.
After the facility opens, staff will guide you to the venue.




Please note that CD reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for customers who line up here.
Customers who arrive directly at the event venue via a separate entrance will be served after those in the purchase queue mentioned above.
