■ Eligibility
Be a member of the mobile fan club "Waship".
You must be a "Waship" member, including your companion.
* 1) Enrollment is required by 23:59 on February 24 (Sun), 2019 and valid members are eligible as of April 21 (Sun) on the day of travel.
* 2) You must register your date of birth on the mobile fan club membership information registration screen by 23:59 on Sunday, February 24, 2019.
Even if you are applying for more than 2 people, you need to enter the "10-digit member number" of the companion and the "date of birth (8 digits)" registered on the member information registration screen of the mobile fan club.
Please enter the full name, membership number, and date of birth of all accompanying persons in the questionnaire column at the end of the application form. If the input is omitted, it may be lost.
* 3) Your mobile membership card will be confirmed on the day of travel. If you are not a valid member on Sunday, April 21, you may be refused participation even on the day of travel.
★ When applying, please be sure to register your date of birth on the "Waship" site.
If you have not set it, you can set it from "My Page" at the bottom of the site's TOP page.
You can also check your membership number and registered date of birth on the same page.
■ Application restrictions
You can apply only once per person.
* Please refrain from multiple applications where the departure and arrival sites and representatives and accompanying persons are replaced.

1 to 4 people
* If you are applying for more than 2 people, you will need the information of your companion (name, gender, date of birth, nickname).
After winning, you will need to enter your address, telephone number, and e-mail address, including your companion. Please be aware in advance.
