[How to view]
The mini-live performance is free to attend and open to everyone.
Please note that viewing from the viewing area set up in front of the stage is restricted to those with a "Priority Entry Ticket for the Viewing Area" (with a serial number).
We will guide you.
Additionally, we plan to set up a small reserved area within the viewing area exclusively for female customers who have numbered tickets.
*Cheering and chanting are permitted, but jumping is prohibited. Please note that further restrictions may be imposed depending on the situation at the event venue. Thank you for your understanding.
<Regarding the distribution of "priority entry tickets for the viewing area">
On the day of the event, we will give numbered tickets to customers who purchase eligible products at the venue.
・For every purchase of one or more eligible items in a single transaction, you will receive one numbered ticket per person.
The serial numbers for the "Priority Admission Tickets to the Viewing Area" will be distributed randomly.
If you have a "Priority Admission Ticket for the Viewing Area," please gather at the venue 30 minutes before the event starts.
You will be admitted to the viewing area in order of your assigned number.
If you are late for the designated meeting time, your queue number will be invalidated, and you will be admitted at the back of the line.
Please note that in some cases, you may not be allowed to enter the viewing area.
If you wish to view the show with a companion, please enter together with the person whose ticket number is later.

・If you have multiple participation tickets, please cooperate by submitting them all at once, up to a maximum of three tickets.
Please note that participation tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).
• The participation ticket is only valid for the specified time on the day of the event.
・There is a time limit for the fan event. Depending on the situation, we may have to end the fan event even if there are people who wish to participate. In that case, we will not be able to accept cancellations of purchased items or refunds for items that have been paid for.
Products purchased at the event venue cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason. In case of a defective product, we will replace it with a good one.
(Regarding High Five event and individual handshake event)
Please ensure that both your hands are free when participating.
Actions other than High Five handshakes, as well as touching the members' costumes, taking photos, recording, etc., are prohibited.
Depending on the situation, staff may provide additional instructions as needed.
Please be aware that if you do not follow the instructions, we may ask you to refrain from participating.
(Regarding individual photo sessions and group photo sessions)
- The photo session will be conducted using either the customer's smartphone or an instant camera (like an Instax) provided by the staff.
Please refrain from conversations other than specifying poses necessary for the photoshoot.
Please refrain from changing the positions of customers and members, or from taking photos in a way that causes customers to stand behind the members.
- The staff will take the photo while the customer stands in the designated position.
Please follow the staff's instructions regarding your position when taking photos.
We cannot retake photos of customers who jump during the photo shoot.
We regret that we cannot allow members to hold any objects during the photo shoot.
- During filming, physical contact with the members or their costumes is prohibited.
・Photography is permitted only with camera-equipped mobile phones, smartphones, and feature phones (flip phones) brought by the customer, or with instant cameras (like Instax) provided by staff. Photography with other cameras, tablet devices, etc. is not permitted. Please note that we do not provide chargers for loan.
・Regardless of age, each participation ticket will allow for a photo to be taken with one customer and one member.
However, if you are accompanied by a preschool-aged child under 6 years old, they may be photographed together only if accompanied by a guardian.
• Using flash photography is generally prohibited. However, the decision will be left to the discretion of the staff depending on the situation.
・It is not possible to take photos in LIVE mode on a smartphone.
If it is discovered that you are recording your screen on your smartphone, your participation ticket will be invalidated.
As a general rule, we will not retake photos. However, we will retake photos only if the captured image is clearly not recognizable as an individual or group shot. Please understand that this decision will be left to the discretion of our staff.
(Regarding the event in general)
Each fan event will end as soon as the line of participants is finished. Please note that we will not be able to hold any events retroactively once they have ended.
Customers carrying metal objects, utility knives, scissors, or other items deemed dangerous will be denied entry.
・Basically, all customers are required to participate in the fan event without holding anything other than their participation ticket. If you have luggage, please use the luggage storage area in the venue or leave it there when you participate. Due to space limitations in the venue and to ensure smooth proceedings, we ask that you keep your luggage to a minimum. Please be responsible for the management of your own valuables while in the venue. The operating staff, organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any theft or loss.
Defamation, libel, and intimidation of the person are strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be prohibited from participating in future fan events. The same applies if any words or actions deemed inappropriate by the organizers are observed.
・To ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.
Resale, copying, or forgery of event tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be denied entry to the event. Forgery is a criminal offense and will be immediately reported to the police.
・The details of the fan event may be subject to change.
・Event details may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, accidents, troubles, artist's circumstances, etc.
Photography is prohibited during the fan meet-and-greet session at this event.
Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue. If you do not follow the instructions or precautions of the staff, you may be refused entry to the event or venue, or the event itself may be canceled.
Sitting or gathering around the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.

The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or abandoned items. The use of sheets, etc., is prohibited even if people are present.
・You may be asked to leave the venue while we set up the venue.

Defamation, libel, and intimidation of the person are strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be prohibited from participating in future fan events. The same applies if any words or actions deemed inappropriate by the organizers are observed.
・To ensure the smooth running of the event, staff may touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.
Resale, copying, or forgery of event tickets and numbered tickets is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be denied entry to the event. Forgery is a criminal offense and will be immediately reported to the police.
・The details of the fan event may be subject to change.
・Event details may be changed or canceled due to natural disasters, accidents, troubles, artist's circumstances, etc.
Photography is prohibited during the fan meet-and-greet session at this event.
Please follow the instructions of the staff at the venue. If you do not follow the instructions or precautions of the staff, you may be refused entry to the event or venue, or the event itself may be canceled.
Sitting or gathering around the venue is prohibited as it will cause inconvenience to other customers.
- Participation tickets for this event will not be reissued under any circumstances (including loss or theft).

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any items purchased during the event. Defective items will be exchanged for good ones.

・For the safe operation of the event, the organizers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual deemed unsuitable to attend the event.
Bringing in dangerous materials or alcoholic beverages, and entering the premises while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol, is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited outside of designated areas at each event venue.
The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.

Please refrain from staying overnight at the venue, as this will disturb the neighbors. If we find anyone staying overnight, we will cancel the performance.
• Reserving seats or spaces by placing luggage, sheets, etc., is prohibited throughout the entire facility. Any items found will be removed by staff and security personnel. The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any removed or abandoned items. The use of sheets, etc., is prohibited even if people are present.
・You may be asked to leave the venue while we set up the venue.
Please refrain from making event-related inquiries to the venue. This may lead to the event being canceled. If you have any questions, please contact the inquiry desk below in advance. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries on the day of the event.
Please refrain from waiting outside the venue for the members to arrive or leave, as this will cause inconvenience to the neighbors. Also, please do not linger near the venue after the event has ended.
・Transportation and accommodation expenses on the day will be the responsibility of the customer.
・In the event that it is determined that the performance cannot be held due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, or transportation strikes, the performance may be canceled.
