★"Sweet Fancy Chu-n" Dance Workshop (Part 1)
・ WASUTA members will be on stage as instructors and will give a dance lecture for "Sweet Fancy Chu-n."
・ Anyone can participate in the dance workshop, but for those who participate in any of the 2nd to 10th sessions,
When exchanging your participation ticket, you will be given one priority admission ticket per person, with a randomly assigned serial number.
・Please note that there will be no handshakes or photo opportunities with the performers.
Please note that we will not hold the event retroactively after it has ended.
★ Individual TikTok photo session (Part 2, Part 9)
・You will be able to take a TikTok video with the members using your smartphone to the designated song.
You will be asked to stand in the designated position for your photo to be taken.
・Generally, photos will be taken with both members and customers facing forward.
・If you wish, we can also take solo shots of the members only. However, even in this case, the photos will be taken by staff.
・To participate, please download the TikTok app and prepare the designated music beforehand.
・Please refer to the "Preparing the designated music" and "Notes for participating in the TikTok photo session" below before participating.
・Even if it is within the special event time, the photo session will end as soon as the line of participants ends. Please note that we will not hold a retroactive session after the end.
★Group TikTok Photoshoot (Part 3, Part 10)
・A group TikTok video shooting session will be held with all participating members and the customer using the customer's smartphone and using the specified song.
・Customers will be required to participate while seated in the designated chairs.
・If you wish, we can also take group shots of just the members. However, even in this case, the photos will be taken by staff.
・If you wish to participate, please download the TikTok app and prepare the designated song before participating.

- Using your own smartphone, you will be able to take a TikTok video with two members and yourself, accompanied by the designated song.

・Photography may only be taken once. Even if a customer or member makes a mistake, we cannot retake the photo.
・After shooting, it will be saved as a draft.
・Please be sure to check the video saved in drafts after leaving the photo booth.

・If you would like to take a TikTok photo shoot of only members or use the internal camera, please contact the photo shoot staff.
Please note that the staff will borrow smartphones to take pictures.
・You may use photography equipment, but please note that members are not allowed to hold photography equipment.
In addition, we may ask you to refrain from bringing in items that deviate from common sense or that would take too much time to prepare for the shoot.

・Our members will create iKON for your social media accounts!!
・You will be seated and within the designated time (approximately 45 seconds), a member will draw a portrait of you on paper provided by the staff.
・Please note that there will be no customer address, message, signature, etc.
・The illustrations will be drawn in black pen and will not be colored. Thank you for your understanding.
・Even if it is within the special event time, the photo session will end as soon as the line of participants ends. Please note that we will not hold a retroactive session after the end.
★ Individual two-shot photo session (Part 8)
・Please read this before participating in the photo session.
・The photo session will be with one cast member and one customer.
・Staff will take photos using your smartphone.
・Basically, photos will be taken while standing in the designated position.
・The photo session is not a one-on-one talk session. Please refrain from conversations other than those necessary for the photo shoot.
・If you would like a member solo shot, please stand next to the photography staff and tell the member the pose you would like.
Even solo shots of the members will be photographed by staff.
*Please note that customers may bring their own photo props or portraits created in Part 7 for the photo shoot, but members are not permitted to hold them.
*Please refrain from touching the performers or their costumes.

■ Regarding purchase limits

■ About handing over the event participation ticket at the venue on the day
・ Event day: August 3rd (Sun) starting at 10:00 AM

*We do not allow any directing such as having members hold objects. We cannot accommodate requests to retake photos if members jump, etc.

■ Notes on the event
- Transferring or reselling the "event participation ticket" or "serial code" is prohibited.
・ "Event participation ticket" will not be reissued for any reason, including loss, theft or damage.
・ If you are traveling with a child over 3 years old, a participation ticket for the child is required.
・ Transportation expenses and accommodation expenses for event participation are the responsibility of the customer. Even if the event participation conditions are not met and you cannot participate in the event, we will not compensate for transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, etc.
・ If you are late for the event deadline, you will not be able to participate in the event for any reason such as a natural disaster or transportation failure.
・ The event may be terminated early due to time restrictions on the use of the venue or delays in event progress. In this case, even if you have a participation ticket, you will not be able to participate in the event, and you will not be able to accept returns of goods.
・ There are no special medical equipment available at the venue. If you have a medical condition or need medical equipment, please participate at your own risk.
